Give Your House Curb Appeal with New Soffit, Fascia and Eavestroughing

Along with enhancing the curb appeal of your home or business’s exterior, eavestroughs, also known as gutters, play a vital role in protecting your property. They collect rainwater and melted snow and carry them safely away from your roof and foundation to prevent leaks and other costly damage.

Serving Edmonton, Sherwood Park, St. Albert and the surrounding areas for the past 5 years, To the Ground Eavestroughing provides eavestrough installations and repairs using only the most durable products.

Protect Your Roof with the Right Soffit and Fascia

Properly installed soffit and fascia are important components of any roofing system. Soffit provides ventilation for attic spaces and roof decks. Sometimes we find that on older homes, new vented soffit is placed right over old plywood, we do not do this. In these cases, we will remove the old plywood first to allow for proper ventilation and then install new soffit. Fascia protects the wood that your eavestrough is attached to, keeping it from rotting and providing a clean, finished look.

Leaf-Free Gutters with Alu-Rex ®

Alu-Rex leaf guards put leaves in their place. This state-of-the-art system keeps leaves and other debris out of your eavestroughs and downspouts to ensure water flows freely from the roof to the ground. Our metal continuous hanger style leaf guards mount right to your home and can be installed at the same time as your new eavestrough. Our sponge-style leaf guards are also a great product and ideal for new and existing trough.
